NIIMA OUTPOST

Niima Outpost is a 5-story mixed-use development featuring 55 apartments, 2 ground floor commercial spaces, a 2,000 square foot outdoor patio to activate the retail, 19 below-grade parking spaces, and a private rooftop patio. The project adheres to a higher level of sustainability being built with hybrid light-framed mass timber featuring cross-laminated timber (CLT) floor assemblies resulting in both a lower carbon footprint and a natural living experience for residents with exposed wood ceilings. Designed to address regional demographics and demand, Niima Outpost offers fully amenitized units with efficient layouts that feel spacious and open, at an affordable price in a walkable urban environment.
